Creativity. It cannot be explained in mathematics. It cannot be quantified through experimentation. It cannot be programmed into computers. It is something uniquely, Human. It is a clue in the mystery of who we are as a race, a clue left by God to drive us forward.
It is within and throughout all aspects of past civilization. Archimedes, Leonardo da Vinci, the ancient Egyptians, Vincent Van Gogh, and thousands of others have driven and advanced civilization by creating something that wasn't there before.
In our modern world it defines who we have become as individuals, a nation, and a race. How would the world be different if it weren't of the creativity of Steve Jobs? How would you spend your Friday nights if Martin Cooper hadn't gotten the idea to create the first cell phone while watching an episode of Star Trek? What would you listen to, if your favorite artist had decided to become something other than an artist? We are who we are because of what we create, and what others have created around us. Is not this perhaps a test, a learning experience, given from God? The Great and First Creator?
Creation.
Creativity.
Beginnings.
This blog is to be an outlet for my own creativity. Poetry. Short Stories. Essays. Creative Non-Fiction. Humor. Joy. Sorrow. Tragedy. Even I don't know where this thing is going to head. So if you can tolerate the verbose and occasionally over-wordy written voice, (which also happens to be redundant) let us begin to explore My Creativity.
Enjoy The Journey.
